For the past several years, I have been creating my own original cloth and paper dolls, teaching workshops and publishing patterns. My dolls are whimsical and are always embellished using different things such as buttons, lace, fabric flowers, paint, wire, found objects, etc. I feel this adds personality to them and seems to have become my trademark over the years. Dollmaking has enriched my life. I especially love it for how it has freed my spirit, stimulated my creativity, and showed me how I can break rules.
