Dolls included in the Doll Showcase will be highlighted in the monthly classifieds, as well as, being pictured on the Showcase website. A write-up will accompany each doll in the showcase that will include information about the doll, as well as, the artist that created it.

All this in an effort to get your dolls shown and in the limelight and sold. What could be better? The Cloth Doll Connection is a heavily visited site and will bring the customers to you. The doll will remain on the site for a minimum of 4 months, then you may decided to remove it or leave it on longer. You may also want to add "or Best Offer" to the doll's price if you'd like.

The Cloth Doll Connection is a secure shopping site so purchases can be made with credit card, checks or money order. The fee for facilitating the sale will be 20% of the sales price of each doll. Cloth Doll Connection will process the sale and when it goes through you will be notified to ship. Checks will be mailed to you within 72 hours of buyer's receipt of the doll.

Once the doll is placed in the gallery it is under contract to sell from the site. If during 4 months you should have an opportunity to sell your doll outside the Gallery, the Gallery fee will still be owed to the Cloth Doll Connection. This is advertising and it is a wonderful inexpensive way to get your doll shown and sold.

Shipping information will vary. You can have the doll and it's packaging weighed ahead of time and then it will be easier to determine the Shipping Fee when we have a buyer. All dolls will be mailed with a "Signature Required Confirmation."

The final agreement is between the buyer and the owner of the doll. The Cloth Doll Connection is only the facilitator of the sale. If more than one person attempts to order the doll we will take first come first served. If the sale falls through we will contact the next buyer.
