Hello fellow dollmakers;
My name is Charlene Sinitski and i live with my husband John in a Peartree Cottage in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
The two best words to describe myself are "teacher and "artist'. I started out after college as a painter of watercolors and then in one weekend about twenty years ago, I switched to making dolls. And that was the beginning of my life as far as I'm concerned.
For the past fifteen years, I have taught doll and pattern making at a local technical college.
My patterns are designed for both the non-experienced and experienced doll crafter. With my teaching experience, my patterns are precise and easy to follow.
I work in many mediums and I give detailed descriptions of various techniques. My patterns come with many hand drawn illustrations of the work in progress.
My dolls range in size from 3" to 40" and they include people and animal dolls with a folk art appeal.
